Twenty years turning complicated work into language people pass along, and building the communities that carry it. Red Bull film premieres, a 175M-reach media platform, a founder-grant engine that moved $2.75M, and enterprise AI shipped to teams who will never attend an AI conference.
Social and community leadership across twenty years and eleven brands: strategy, production, publishing, analytics, events, and the AI systems that now carry the work. I teach the class, run the room, edit the video, and report the numbers.
Vision, voice, calendars, and recurring franchises across eight platforms, from strategy through daily publishing.
Working the comments, seeding discussion, and holding the frame, from 500-founder cohorts to a 54K brand audience.
Creators, clippers, and the people who re-share. My collaboration program lifts reach 1.7x over solo posts.
Created, directed, shot, and edited end to end: Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and live simulcast.
Turning technical work into plain language people repeat, and listening in Meltwater, Brandwatch, and SparkToro to find the conversation early.
50+ events and keynote series. Speakers sourced, prepped, and carried to the stage.
146M+ earned impressions with Walmart, Office Depot, Verizon, Snapchat, and Target.
Founder ghostwriting, including a piece that ran in the New York Times under her byline.
I run organic social end to end for a category-leading global B2B manufacturer: strategy, production, publishing, analytics, and executive reporting across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Threads, and X. I launched TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Threads from zero, and revived dormant LinkedIn and YouTube channels.
Campaign work includes a 200+ sports-venue summer campaign and the social launch around a national CBS News feature. I create, direct, and edit the video myself, and hire crews when a shoot demands it.
Selfmade is Brit + Co's ten-week accelerator for women founders. I co-created it, scaled it from a single course into an ecosystem: education, community, live events, and a founders fund, built on organic alone. I was program faculty, teaching the Week 7 social media class on a roster with Julia Hartz, Bozoma Saint John, Randi Zuckerberg, Stacy Brown-Philpot, and Kirsten Green.
I co-hosted live cohort sessions at 225 participants while simulcasting to Facebook Live, and ran the Circle community on a weekly analytics discipline. I led the scholarship operation with sponsor Office Depot: a $1.2M initiative that funded 600 founders inside a program that moved $2.75M in grants to more than 4,000 women.
Then I built the parts members kept: graduation certificates, a gold logo necklace shipped to every graduate, full swag kits fulfilled by 3PL, and a LinkedIn completion badge. I also ghostwrote for the founder, including a piece that ran in the New York Times under her byline, and drafted her recurring Entrepreneur column.

Brit + Co reached 175M+ people across platforms. I ran the weekly executive metrics reporting behind it: the July 2020 report I prepared tracks 1.66M Facebook followers, an 80M Pinterest audience, and 290M monthly Pinterest impressions. In March 2020 we opened the 120+ class creative library free to the world; 150,000 people joined, and I ran the campaign and its sponsor-funded extensions.
I opened the Brit + Co TikTok account in April 2020, when most publishers were still deciding whether to be there. Five weeks before TikTok announced its $50M Creative Learning Fund publicly, my partner deck was dated and in their hands, and Brit + Co became TikTok's inaugural education partner: forty videos in eight weeks, fully budgeted with paid support, a TikTok partner manager alongside, and the entire calendar, sourcing, and scheduling system mine. I taught my own class on the platform, worked UX with the RebelMouse web team, and helped port an acquired recipe-discovery product into the site.
The DIY and how-to content the brand was known for averaged about 1,200 views a post. A pop-culture and celebrity format I tested carried roughly 84 percent of everything the channel ever did, and the top three videos alone account for 69.5 percent of total views. Reading that data and moving the calendar onto the winning format, while the brand's identity pointed the other way, is the decision that made the number.
The partnership came the same way. I built the case for TikTok as an education channel before TikTok had said so in public, and the deck was in their hands five weeks ahead of the announcement. Their inaugural education partnership ran forty videos in eight weeks and drove 523,459 views on its own.
View counts are lifetime totals read off the live profile in September 2026, on content published between April 2020 and December 2022.

I helped launch and run BFF, the crypto and NFT education community built on the Selfmade cohorts, with NFT membership collectibles tied to events, education, and community development. Forbes covered the launch. Boss Beauties later acquired BFF to grow web3 education for women.
I live in that conversation myself, including a web3 founder fireside seat alongside Farcaster's Dan Romero.

For Camp by Walmart I helped build a choose-your-own-adventure interactive shopping campaign with eko: viewers voted each craft forward inside the ad unit itself. For Hello Bello I produced the family Halloween event with Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard, shot the photography, and I am cited in the published coverage. I also launched the brand's first TikTok creator partnership, which went viral and lifted product sales 15%.
The Office Depot Selfmade scholarship program is the one with a full final report. In fall 2020 Office Depot funded 200 Selfmade scholarships, and 451 women applied inside five days. The program earned 149.3M in press circulation, with coverage in Forbes, Yahoo Finance, Nasdaq, the LA Business Journal, and BlogHer. The eleven sponsored articles drew 2.2M views, ten times the 20,000-view benchmark; the media units ran at 1.7x the IAB click benchmark; and the social posts held 0.91 percent engagement against a 0.25 percent benchmark. In the exit survey, 88 percent of students said they would recommend Selfmade to another founder.
Partner roster across the years: Target (a Brit + Co line at retail plus a nationwide craft kit line), Snapchat Discover launch partner, Office Depot and H&R Block as Selfmade sponsors, Verizon, TaskRabbit, Netflix, Clorox, Crayola, Pinterest, Athleta, Michaels, Amazon, PepsiCo, L'Oréal, Sephora, Nissan, JSX, Ikea, and the Brit Make experiential studio and store in San Francisco.

I helped produce the iHeartRadio podcast Teach Me Something New: media editing, clips, syndication, talent coordination, and the season's digital graphics. Guests I helped coordinate include Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis in the show's first joint interview, Instagram head Adam Mosseri, Bill Nye, Glennon Doyle, Rachael Ray, Daphne Oz, and Meena Harris.
In parallel I drafted founder thought leadership for the Entrepreneur column and executive social presence, and produced live audio programming with Entrepreneur editor in chief Jason Feifer.

I build and deploy no-code and low-code AI systems company-wide: Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Claude through MCP and API connectors, sandbox-tested and QA'd before global rollout. The flagship is a partner-facing support agent built on the company's full technical knowledge base. I pitched it, piloted it, and live-trained 100+ certified partners, executives, and global colleagues on it.
I authored the internal Sales AI Playbook, built LLM workflows that took content production velocity to 10x, and consolidated a 6,000+ record Salesforce project archive into a unified go-to-market database and ecosystem map linking completed projects to the partner networks around them. Sales increased 14% in the first quarter following deployment.

I marketed, produced, and photographed a speaker and film series that brought Bethany Hamilton, Sir Ken Robinson, Meg Crofton (President, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Operations), ABC's Bob Woodruff, Steven Kotler, world-circling sailor Laura Dekker, and 5 Gyres co-founder Anna Cummins to a mountain town, with youth programs wrapped around nearly every event.
I ran the membership program: five tiers from $100 to the $1,000 Society of Fellows, growing membership 40%. I built the Farm to Table dinner series with six executive chefs, and earned press from Moonshine Ink to the Sierra Sun. GivingTuesday work included a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation match.

For Red Bull Media House's On Any Sunday: The Next Chapter I ran the premiere event series: theaters packed, athletes on stage, kids in campaign tees, and director Dana Brown doing Q&A in the aisles.
Across the roster: Columbia Sportswear's #Omniten ambassador adventures, where influencer and athlete partnerships drove 20% traffic growth and 15% retention gains; a GoPro parachute stunt landed on brand; Red Bull's Pain McShlonkey and the Cushing Crossing pond skim; and Envirolution youth sustainability programs with trashion runways and school activations I produced and photographed. I built social functions from scratch in this era. Audience up 41%, engagement up 30%.
